Hello, My grandmother said my great-uncle William Dye and his sister Anne Mary Dye were survivors of the Republic sinking. She said they were in second class, and may have been using assumed names, as was their strange habit of travel. I have been researching these two family members for about a year now. Mr. Dye later claimed to have been on the Titanic, although I have been able to prove otherwise. Please help me in any way you can. Thank you! -B.W. |
