No, but we will be looking in the neighborhood of their staterooms - they did file claims for the loss of jewels and other personal effects exceeding $25,000 - and that was for uninsured losses. No doubt, they may have had insured losses that we, at this time, know nothing about.


Remember, in 1909, the average weekly wage was about $3.00 (three dollars)!
