The plaintiff in the above case has given notice as ordered, and has timely filed the required certificate.
The only objection comes from Stephen Bielenda,
individually and as President of Under Sea Adventures, Inc. His stated objection is that he settled with
the plaintiff in another case, 83-0773-S.
That settlement will in no way be disturbed by the reopening of this
case.
The Motion to Reopen is accordingly ALLOWED, and the case
is to be consolidated with 00-11565-WJS of the same title.
