ORDER, April 27, 2011 - MVSHQ has been declared Salvor-In-Possession of the RMS Republic and awarded exclusive salvage rights and priority salvage status in regard to the wreck. In addition, the Court has issued a Preliminary Injunction against all others which prohibits any and all interference with our salvage of the RMS Republic. This Order extends MVSHQ's rights and the injunction through December 31, 2014.
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, December 29, 2008 - MVSHQ has been declared Salvor-In-Possession of the RMS Republic and awarded exclusive salvage rights and priority salvage status in regard to the wreck. In addition, the Court has issued a Preliminary Injunction against all others which prohibits any and all interference with our salvage of the RMS Republic. This Order extends MVSHQ's rights and the injunction through December 31, 2011.

ORDER, July 9, 2005 - MVSHQ has been declared Salvor-In-Possession of the RMS Republic and awarded exclusive salvage rights and priority salvage status in regard to the wreck. In addition, the Court has issued a Preliminary Injunction against all others which prohibits any and all interference with our salvage of the RMS Republic.
ORDER, September 12, 2001 - The United States District Court, District of New Jersey, dismisses a competing claim. Our Boston admiralty action is now the sole forum where claims concerning the RMS Republic will be adjudicated.
ORDER, October 3, 2000 - The US District Court at Boston grants the US Government's September 29, 2000, motion, files its Notice of Claim, and permits the government to defend accordingly.
NOTICE OF CLAIM, September 29, 2000 - The United States of America files its claim of ownership to "gold coin or other specie and other legal tender being transported on the R.M.S. REPUBLIC ... ." However, the US Government has not, to date, provided any corroborating evidence to support its claim.
ORDER ALLOWING REOPENING OF CASE, September 19, 2000 - The US District Court has granted our Motion to Reopen our 1982 salvage action, and has consolidated that action with our 2000 salvage action.
NOTICE OF ADMIRALTY ACTION AND ARREST IN REM, August 4, 2000 - We file our 2000 admiralty action, arrest the RMS Republic, and serve notice to all possible claimants that, if they have a legally cognizable interest in the RMS Republic, they are to file their claims with the US District Court at Boston, Massachusetts.
